Why Charter Here

A Saronic Gulf yacht charter is the quickest way to reach the Greek islands from Athens. Embark from one of the Attica coast's many charter marinas and you can be anchoring off Aegina within an hour, or stepping ashore in car-free Hydra by mid-afternoon. For short breaks, long weekends, and guests who want island time without losing a day to travel, the Saronic is unbeatable.

The region's appeal goes beyond convenience. Hydra is one of Greece's most distinctive islands — no cars, a stone amphitheatre harbour, and a creative energy that has attracted artists and writers for generations. Poros offers protected anchorages and lush hillsides. Spetses delivers elegant harbour life. Together they create a compact charter circuit with genuine variety and character.

Drivas Yachts has been chartering in the Saronic since 1972. We know every anchorage, every restaurant, and every approach angle. For first-time charterers or experienced guests wanting a refined short programme close to Athens, the Saronic Gulf is where we often begin.
