SERALIA

SERALIA is a 2001 Sunseeker Manhattan 74 lying in Athens and offered for sale. Built in GRP with a deep-V hull, she combines a practical flybridge layout with generous exterior entertaining spaces and a four-cabin accommodation plan suited to private family cruising. The arrangement includes a full-beam owner's cabin, forward VIP cabin, two twin guest cabins, three guest heads and separate crew accommodation. The yacht's name derives from a small pebbled bay in Sifnos Island, once the island's old port, evoking the relaxation and holiday spirit at the heart of Mediterranean cruising.

The interior is rich in polished rosewood, fine leathers and soft fabrics throughout. A two-level main salon provides abundant natural light through expansive windows and offers direct access to the flybridge, an excellent area for relaxation while cruising. The spacious aft deck is ideal for al-fresco dining, while the sun deck features a wetbar, sunpads and additional dining arrangements perfect for entertaining in secluded bays or along the coastline.

Exterior features include teak decks, a hydraulic bathing platform offering disabled access to the water and ideal for water-level sunbathing with drinks service, hydraulic gangway, bow thruster and a flybridge arranged for dining and open-air relaxation. Additional amenities include flybridge barbecue and refrigeration, underwater lights, water maker, Garmin electronics and full air-conditioning throughout. SERALIA charter operations are based in Athens with seasonal deployment to Sifnos in the Cyclades during July and August. The yacht combines high performance with palatial cruising in all weather conditions, offering accommodation for up to eight guests (six for charter purposes). SERALIA charter availability extends across the Saronic Gulf, Aegean, Ionian seas and throughout the Greek Islands, including the Cyclades, Dodecanese, Northeastern Aegean and Sporades.
