Built with steel hull and superstructure, OGUZ KHAN accommodates twelve guests across six elegantly appointed en-suite staterooms comprising one master cabin, two VIP suites, two double cabins, and one twin cabin. The yacht's exterior design by Oguz Marin maximizes usable deck space. The sun deck features an on-deck Jacuzzi with water and air nozzles, an elevated sun pad, bar, and dining area—ideal for sunset gatherings. The main deck aft showcases a substantial semicircular dining settee surrounding a grand dining table, while the foredeck provides an additional wide sun pad with Mediterranean views. A beach terrace with hydraulic access platform facilitates direct water entry, enhancing the swim platform experience.

The tenders and toys inventory includes two Highfield tenders, two Kawasaki jet skis, two Seabob electric water boards, and a comprehensive water sports collection featuring wakeboards, water skis, canoes, and paddleboards. Powered by twin Baudoin diesel engines delivering 750 horsepower each, OGUZ KHAN achieves a maximum speed of 14 knots, whilst twin generators and an additional 25 kVa generator ensure reliable power for all onboard systems. Turkish-flagged and Registro Italiano Navale classed, the yacht meets international standards for safety and seaworthiness.
