About this yacht
FORCE BLUE is a 70.56-metre Royal Denship expedition yacht built in 2002 and recently refreshed with an extensive 2025 refit, positioning her as one of the Mediterranean's most versatile and well-appointed charter vessels. Designed by Tom Fexas with an interior by Celeste dell'Anna, this steel-hulled ocean-going superyacht combines robust engineering with refined luxury—a rare combination in the explorer yacht category.
What distinguishes FORCE BLUE is her exceptional wellness and lifestyle infrastructure. Her spa centre, among the largest afloat, encompasses a steam shower, hammam, mud bath, sauna, hydromassage suite, dedicated massage room, and on-board masseuse and beautician. The fully equipped gym on the lower deck, cinema room seating seven on the Owner's deck, and dedicated disco area with professional DJ station reflect a design philosophy centred on guest indulgence and entertainment. An elevator serves the main deck through to the sundeck, ensuring seamless access throughout the vessel.
Accommodation comprises six cabins sleeping twelve guests in total—one Master, one VIP, three Double Cabins, and one Twin—each thoughtfully appointed. Beyond the staterooms, FORCE BLUE's public spaces are notably generous: a light and refreshing interior accented by a distinctive art collection, extensive alfresco dining areas, and abundant lounging venues create an atmosphere of understated elegance. The recent refit added a significant new beach club at sea level, featuring an extended swim platform and exceptional lounging and sunbathing areas with direct water access—particularly valuable for younger guests and water sports enthusiasts.
A professional crew of 21 manages all aspects of the charter experience, supported by diving instructors and water sports specialists. The toy locker is comprehensive, including three wave runners, jet skis, water skis, seabobs, wakeboards, paddleboards, flyboards, and hoverboards. With twin Caterpillar 3512B engines delivering 14-knot cruise speed and 16-knot maximum speed, FORCE BLUE ranges effectively throughout the Mediterranean and beyond.
Based south of France with flexibility across Mediterranean cruising grounds, FORCE BLUE charter rates from €360,000 to €390,000 per week. Her proven capability to host intimate family charters of twelve or grand events up to 60 seated guests (or 300–350 quayside) makes her ideally suited to discerning clients seeking a vessel that combines expedition credentials with palace-like comfort and entertainment infrastructure.

The Biggest Superyacht Deliveries of 2026
2026 is the most significant delivery year for large superyachts in over a decade. Palm Beach 2026: The Yachts That Mattered
The 2026 Palm Beach International Boat Show brought more than 100 superyachts to the Florida waterfront — but a handful stood out for reasons beyond scale. This is ADY’s read on the builds that rewarded close attention.

The Maldives by Private Yacht
The Maldives spans 1,192 coral islands across 26 atolls and 90,000 square kilometres of ocean — a geography that rewards a yacht far more than a fixed resort address. The northeast monsoon window, November to April, delivers calm seas, 26–29°C water temperatures, and visibility reaching 30 metres. W
