About this yacht

Operating Area: Greece

Since her debut onto the charter market, Koukles has received nothing but outstanding feedback, with particularly high praise for her captain and chef. With Captain Giannis behind the wheel heading up a fantastic crew and Konstantinos in the galley, you are guaranteed the charter of a lifetime.

Delivered by Azimut in 2008 with a refit in 2021, Koukles is a high-performing yacht that perfectly balances contemporary design and space with comfort. During her 2021 refit her exterior and interior were upgraded as well as her interior redecorated, including the purchase of new linen, beach towels and dinnerware.

She boasts expansive deck space with multiple areas for relaxation, featuring a large foredeck with optional sunshade and sunpads, the perfect area for privacy when at anchor in busier ports. On the flybridge there is more comfortable seating, along with sun pads, a wetbar, a BBQ, a four person Jacuzzi and lounging chairs. This entire area can also be protected by a sunroof when desired. Throughout the yacht there is also an incredible top of the range Sonos sound system, the perfect addition to any onboard special event. Her fully sheltered aft deck offers an additional space for al fresco dining.

Her interior design is by Carlo Galeazzi, with fixtures and fittings in dark wood contrasting with light and modern upholstery – her main salon is open and bright and features a bar and 50-inch TV. She accommodates up to nine guests in one master suite, one VIP, one double and one twin cabin with a Pullman berth. All cabins feature entertainment centers and ensuite bathrooms. Her full beam master suite is exceptionally spacious and accessed via a private staircase, providing extra privacy and seclusion. It has a walk-in wardrobe, and two separate ensuites, one with a large bathtub with a jacuzzi setting, the other with a large shower.

Koukles also features a great list of water toys including fitness equipment, a jet ski, a Seabob, water scooters, SUPS, inflatables and 4m Yamaha tender and more! She has a top speed of 24 knots, and also features zero speed stabilizers to ensure smooth cruising.

Whether parties wish to charter as a couple or with family and friends, look no further than Koukles.

What is included in the charter rate for KOUKLES?+

The weekly rate covers the yacht itself, her crew of 6, insurance, and use of the onboard equipment and water toys. Fuel, food and beverages, berthing and port fees, and shore excursions are paid from the APA, and VAT is charged on the base rate. APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is typically around 40% of the base rate, held by the captain and accounted for in full — unspent balance is refunded at disembarkation. Greek charter VAT varies by yacht and by charter, broadly between 5.2% and 24%, depending on the yacht's type, size and certification, the duration of the charter, whether it passes through international waters, and whether the yacht carries permanent professional crew. We confirm the applicable rate for KOUKLES before you sign. Crew gratuity is separate and discretionary, customarily 10–15% of the base rate.

When is the best time to charter KOUKLES?+

KOUKLES charters from €52,000 per week in low season and €59,000 in high season — a difference of about 13% between the two. In Greece, July and August are peak: the most settled weather, the busiest anchorages, and the highest rates. Late May, June, and September offer warm water and quieter islands at the low-season rate, and are what we most often recommend. The meltemi wind is strongest in July and August across the Cyclades, which is worth weighing if sea state matters to your party.
