Rossinavi traces its roots to a Viareggio metalworking business founded by brothers Claudio and Paride Rossi, who spent decades forming steel and aluminium hulls for fishing boats and, later, other builders' superyachts. The family relaunched the operation under the Rossinavi brand in 2007, delivering its first yacht under that name the following year. The yard builds full-custom steel and aluminium motor yachts and catamarans, generally in the 40-to-70-metre range, and has positioned itself around technical experimentation rather than a fixed model series. Its most reported recent project is Seawolf X, a 42.84-metre hybrid-electric catamaran delivered in 2024 with roughly 1.5MW of battery storage, reported to run in full-electric mode for all of a typical day trip and up to 80% of a transatlantic crossing. Seawolf X also carries an onboard AI system, developed in-house, intended to anticipate guest routines — a first for the yard. Alchemy, a 66-metre yacht delivered in 2023, was named Motor Yacht of the Year at the 2024 World Superyacht Awards.
