Codecasa was founded in 1825 by Giovanni Battista Codecasa and remains a family-run yard at Viareggio, Italy. It marked its 200th year in 2025 and is among the oldest Italian builders.
The yard builds custom motor yachts in steel and light alloy, from roughly 30 to 70 metres.
Its signature is the Vintage line — a plumb-bowed, displacement-speed series in 42, 43, and 50 metres, with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and a deliberately classic profile that favours restraint over display. The styling has remained recognisably consistent across the yard's modern deliveries.
