ZIA — 50m Ortona Navi for Sale in Athens, Greece

ZIA is a magnificent 50-metre motor yacht built in 2008 by the respected Italian shipyard Ortona Navi, representing a compelling choice for discerning charterers seeking generous volume, refined interiors, and exceptional cruising capabilities in the Mediterranean and beyond. The yacht has undergone extensive refitting in 2024 and 2025, ensuring she meets the highest standards of comfort and performance for luxury charter clientele.

Designed with notable interior work by esteemed Italian designer Piero Pinto, ZIA showcases elegant and sophisticated spaces throughout. Her interiors feature premium materials including oak panelling and Wenge flooring, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury. The accommodation scheme comprises six cabins sleeping up to 12 guests: a master suite on the main deck with private study and Jacuzzi, a VIP stateroom on the upper deck, and four double staterooms on the lower deck, two of which convert to twin configurations. This flexible layout makes ZIA ideal for family groups or friends seeking varied sleeping arrangements without compromise on comfort.

Beyond her comfortable guest quarters, ZIA offers exceptional living spaces with a wine cellar and two elevators—amenities rarely found on yachts of her size—contributing to her appeal as a floating residence. Her generous deck areas provide abundant opportunities for dining, sunbathing, and enjoying Mediterranean vistas, whether anchored off the Greek islands or cruising the Croatian coast and Turkish waters. The yacht cruises comfortably at 12 knots with a maximum speed of 15 knots, allowing efficient transit between destinations.

Water recreation is a significant highlight. ZIA is equipped with a comprehensive collection of toys including a 23-foot tender, jet skis, Seabobs, flyboard, stand-up paddleboards, and inflatable water sports equipment, ensuring guests have varied options for active enjoyment. A professional crew of 12 manages all aspects of daily operations, from navigation and maintenance to personalised service and meal preparation, allowing guests to focus entirely on relaxation and exploration.

ZIA charter availability spans multiple regions throughout the year: the West Mediterranean covering Italy, France, and Malta; the East Mediterranean including Greece, Croatia, Turkey, and Montenegro; and the Red Sea during winter months. Weekly rates range from €195,000 to €248,000 depending on season and region.
